EXECUTIVE SEARCH
A thorough research programme of an agreed target list of organisations is conducted to identify who within the industry is consistently rated as suitable for the role, and also whether they might be culturaly suitable to the client. Candidates will go through a one or two stage face-to-face interview before being put forward to the client. A short-list of suitable candidates is presented at this stage; each with a confidential report - in which we give our considered opinion about candidates. We manage the interview and offer process on behalf of clients and with the successful candidates conduct a formal three month and six month post-appointment interview, to make sure that they are integrating into the organisation successfully. |
